FF全球CEO陳雪峰接替畢福康出任FFIE董事會成員

 

孫可女士被提名為FFIE董事會獨立董事

 

FF Global Partners(”FFGP”)和FFIE正在討論進一步的治理架構調整以實現公司價值最大化

 

由 FF Global Partners LLC("FFGP")控制和管理的 FF Top 宣布提名孫可女士作為 FFGP 指定人選，以填補最近因前任指定人 Edwin Goh先生從 FFIE 董事會辭職而造成的空缺。

 

前任FF全球CEO畢福康已經于2022年12月26日辭去FFIE董事會職務，FF全球CEO陳雪峰(“XF”)接替畢福康先生擔任FFIE董事會執行董事。

 

孫可女士曾擔任中國福建省電動車公司云度新能源汽車有限公司的首席財務官。2017年9月至2019年5月，孫女士擔任獨立財務顧問并協助HoloMatic Technology Ltd的融資工作。在此之前，孫女士自2016年6月起就職于世界500強企業北京汽車集團的子公司北京汽車股份有限公司(HKG:1958)，并于2016年9月至2017年9月擔任該公司董事會秘書。在加入北京汽車之前，孫女士曾在一家中國互聯網公司和一家全球媒體集團的戰略投資團隊任職。孫女士獲得中國大連海事大學國際金融法學士學位。同時持有上海證券交易所董事會秘書證書及中國證券投資基金業協會基金從業資格證書。孫女士憑借其在大型公司董事會治理、金融和投資方面的專業知識以及在汽車行業的廣泛背景，在FF 董事會任職。
